• Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, if you’d like a different product, you can return the original item and place a new order.

• Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your decoration kit arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receipt with photos of the damage.
  • We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund.

• Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
